During the performance of this1715 – OB8DE
Contract, the Consultant shall not unlawfully discriminate against any employee

possible incident to either the Project Manager, or the Agency’s Human
Resources Administrator. Please be assured that any possible infraction will be1715 – OB8DE
thoroughly investigated by the Agency. Consistent with the standard of skill and care set forth in
Section 10.A, Professional Responsibility, Consultant represents that the Work
and Documentation shall be adequate to serve the purposes described in the
Contract. If the Project Manager rejects all or any part of the Work or
Documentation as unacceptable, and agreement to correct such Work or1715 – OB8DE
Documentation cannot be reached without modification to the Contract,
Consultant shall notify the Project Manager, in writing, detailing the dispute and
reason for Consultant’s position. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between
the Project Manager and the Consultant shall be resolved in accordance with the
Dispute Section of this Contract.
