PROSOFT PTQ-PDPS module

The PROSOFT PTQ-PDPS is a communication module that provides data exchange between the Rockwell Automation CompactLogix controller and up to 32 Modbus RTU devices. It features 2 serial ports, each with switchable RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 communication modes, and supports up to 1.5 Mbps baud rate. The module supports read and write operations for holding registers, input registers, discrete inputs, and coils. It also supports user-defined Modbus function codes and includes a built-in diagnostics feature for monitoring network performance.
The system design, which includes producing the layout and wiring drawings, should be
completed before beginning the installation procedure. This section offers a basic step-by-step
approach to installing a Series 90-30 PLC system. Some steps refer to earlier sections of this
