Product Details Introduction
E4809-032-293-F is a REED relay used to assist in servo motor automation. The REED relay is installed in the OPUS 5000 system for automation of servo motors and other industrial equipment such as CNC machining centers and lathes. The OPUS 5000 system is equipped with an EC I/O rack, which is an external system separate from the OPUS control rack. ECP racks often appear on Okuma machining centers. The rack is equipped with an E4809-032-293-F reed relay, which includes a receiver/driver and other I/O boards. The EC control unit (also known as the D/R board) serves as the interface between the EC I/O rack and the ECP-IIA board. The power supply is also connected to the system, providing power to all I/O boards.
The I/O board is also equipped with status LEDs. The E4809-032-293-F dry spring relay output board has 8 outputs. Its main function is to drive low-power relays. The power supply provided to the board is 5 volts and 12 volts DC. In addition to the dry spring relay board, the EC I/O rack also provides an AC SSR output board. This board can handle a total of 8 output signals. The board operates at maximum load using 1 ampere and has 8 fused outputs. The system also provides DC SSR output with a maximum load of 1.6 amperes, and the SSR can handle 24 volts of direct current. This board has 8 output signals.
