are applied to Preferred hardware and software product list prices. Our careful attention toT8448
backward compatibility and serviceability allows our customers to save significant downtime.
Additionally, we make every effort to preserve engineering and control strategy design and other
intellectual property, making upgrades that are much more cost-effective than if a system is
removed and totally replaced.
