NI SBRIO 9607 Data Collector
The NI sbRIO-9607 is an embedded controller that integrates a real-time processor running NI Linux Real-Time, a user-reconfigurable FPGA, and I/O on a single printed circuit board (PCB). It includes a RIO Mezzanine Card (RMC) connector, which is a high-speed, high-bandwidth connector that provides direct access to the processor and digital I/O FPGA lines. sbRIO-9607 is designed to be easily embedded in high-volume OEM applications that require flexibility, reliability, and high performance. This controller features integrated Gigabit Ethernet, CAN, serial, and USB ports and 96 3.3 V digital I/O lines.
- Processor: 667 MHz Dual-Core ARM Cortex-A9
- Memory: 512 MB DDR3 SDRAM, 512 MB nonvolatile storage
- FPGA: Xilinx Zynq-7020
- Power requirements: 8-30 VDC, 10 W typical power consumption
- Operating temperature range: -40 °C to +85 °C
- Dimensions: 96.5 mm x 96.5 mm x 20.3 mm
The sbRIO-9607 has 96 digital I/O lines, which are 3.3 V TTL/CMOS compatible. These I/O lines can be configured as inputs, outputs, or bidirectional lines. The sbRIO-9607 also has integrated Gigabit Ethernet, CAN, serial, and USB ports. These ports can be used for communication with other devices or for data transfer. The sbRIO-9607 also includes a RIO Mezzanine Card (RMC) connector, which is a high-speed, high-bandwidth connector that provides direct access to the processor and digital I/O FPGA lines. The sbRIO-9607 can be programmed using LabVIEW, LabVIEW Real-Time, and LabVIEW FPGA. LabVIEW is a graphical programming language that is used to develop applications for measurement, automation, and control systems. LabVIEW Real-Time is a module that provides a real-time operating system (RTOS) for LabVIEW applications. LabVIEW FPGA is a module that allows LabVIEW applications to be compiled to run on FPGAs
